Anhui Fuhuang Construction Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 53.5% stake in Hefei Fuhuang Junda Hi-tech Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002743) for CNY 70 million on March 23, 2019. During the financial year ended December 2018, Hefei Fuhuang Junda Hi-tech Information Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 38.6 million, net assets of CNY 33.1 million, revenue of CNY 21.5 million, operating profit of CNY 9.5 million and net profit of CNY 8.5 million. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure Co., Ltd.
