and factory,inc. announced non-consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended May 31, 2021. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 2,247 million compared to JPY 2,217 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 136 million compared to JPY 45 million a year ago. Net loss was JPY 268 million compared to JPY 101 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was JPY 27.34 compared to JPY 10.42 a year ago.
and factory, inc mainly engages in Smartphone APP business and Internet of Things (IoT) business. The Company operates three segments. The Smartphone APP segment develops and operates a bulletin board application called strongest series that seeks the strategy of popular smartphone game applications managed by other companies and recruits partners of multiplayer, as well as provides saevices through distribution platform such as App Store. The IoT segment develops IoT platform applications that enable operation of multiple IoT devices, develops accommodation area related technology, and provides IoT service. The Other segment operates the advertising agency business related to advertisement distribution service using the smartphone application or media managed by the company as a publication medium.
