Amplifon : advances Board of Directors meeting date

AMPLIFON ADVANCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING DATE

Milan, January 25th, 2018 - Amplifon S.p.A. announces that its Board of Directors meeting to approve the Consolidated Financial Statements, the draft of Amplifon S.p.A.'s Financial Statements at 31st December 2017 and proposed allocation of 2017 Net Result will be held on March 1st, 2018, instead of March 6th, 2018 as originally communicated on October 25th, 2017 in the "Financial Calendar 2018".

On the occasion of the publication of these results, the Company will hold, in the afternoon, a conference call with the financial community.

All the other dates published in the above mentioned Calendar remain unchanged.
