Cancellation of Shares

Allegra Orthopaedics Limited (ASX: AMT) advises that 250,000 shares in the Company have been cancelled today as the holders have ceased to be employees of the Company.
These shares formed part of the 750,000 shares granted to certain employees on 23
October 2012 that are liable to cancellation in the event that the holder ceases to be an employee on or before 30 June 2015.
The issued capital of the Company now comprises 63,501,248 fully paid ordinary shares. Yours faithfully
