(Alliance News) - Alerion Clean Power Spa, through its indirect subsidiary Energo Windprod Srl, announced Wednesday that it has obtained authorization for the construction of a 114 MW wind farm in the territory of the municipalities of Crucea, Saraiu and Vulturu, in the Dobrogea region of Romania.

This plant is part of and completes a project comprising three neighboring wind farms with a total capacity of about 336 MW, of which the first two plants have already been authorized.

The company reported that the plants are estimated to come into production in 2027, and the expected full-scale output of the entire wind project including the three plants is expected to be about 1,100 GWh per year, with a full-scale annual EBITDA of about EUR85 million.

Alerion Clean Power is down 0.1 percent to EUR17.30 per share.
