1. What is the date, time and location of the 2024 AGM?
2. • Alcon's 2024 AGM will be hosted on 8 May 2024 at 9:30 am CEST. Doors will open at 8:30 am CEST.
   • The AGM will take place at the SwissTech Convention Center, located on the campus of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. The address is Rue Louis Favre 2, 1024 Ecublens, Switzerland.
3. What do I need to do to attend the AGM in person?
4. • Any shareholder as of April 22, 2024 is authorized to attend the AGM.
   • To attend the AGM, please return the admission card request received along with the AGM invitation to Computershare Schweiz AG, Postfach, 4609 Olten.
5. May I ask a question to the Board or management team at the AGM?
6. • Shareholders are authorized to pose questions if they are physically present at the AGM.
   • No question can be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting.
   • If you wish to ask a question at the AGM, please identify yourselves between 08:30 and 09:30 am CEST to the Speakers Desk, which will be located next to the stage in the AGM venue.
7. In which language(s) will the AGM be conducted?
8. • The AGM will largely be conducted in English.
   • Simultaneous translation will be available into French and German.
9. Can I vote using a power of attorney?
10. • You can vote by granting a power of attorney to the independent representative.
11. Can I submit my vote on your website? What is the deadline for voting?

1. • Shareholders may register using the e-voting platform via www.gvote.chto issue voting instructions to the independent representative.
   • Holders of shares in the United States should follow the instructions provided by their brokers, trustees, nominees or the Company's transfer agent, as applicable.
   • The deadline for casting your vote for the 2024 AGM is 11:59 pm on May 3, 2024.
2. How much is the dividend? When will the dividend be paid? How will I receive the money?
3. • The Board has proposed a dividend of CHF 0.24 cash per share, subject to shareholder approval. If approved, Alcon shareholders as of the last cum dividend date (expected to be on or around May 13, 2024) will receive the dividend on or around May 16, 2024.
4. Where can I find information about voting results?
5. • We will publish a press release announcing voting results shortly after the AGM. The press release will be located on our Investor Relations website, under the Press Release and AGM Event pages.
6. Do you have materials in German or French?
7. • The AGM voting card is provided in English, French or German.
   • Please note that the annual report, AGM invitation and Say-on-Pay brochure are only available in English.
