Albirana Properties SOCIMI SA is a Spain-based real-estate investment company. The Company aims, through its subsidiaries, to acquire and develop real estate properties for rental purposes, holding capital participations in SOCIMI (real estate investment trusts) and in other entities that have the same objectives and that operate under the same kind of regime. It owns a portfolio of more than 10.800 different types of rental properties, such as apartments, houses, business premises, warehouses, offices, garages and storage spaces, among others, to meet the different needs of tenants, with rental housing representing more than 90 per cent of the total portfolio. The Company is active in Spain with a focus on the cities of Madrid and Barcelona.
