Alacrity Securities Limited announced that Ms. Nikhita Pais, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 July, 2020 due to personal reasons. Further, the company also inform that by virtue of her resignation as Company Secretary, she also ceases to be the Key Managerial Person (KMP) and Compliance Officer of the Company.
