Airtasker Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 6.25 million in funding

Airtasker Limited announced a fully underwritten private placement of 14,534,884 new shares at an issue price of AUD 0.43 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 6,250,000.12 on February 11, 2022. The transaction will include participation from directors of the company will subscribe for 8,216,035 Shares for gross proceeds of AUD 3,500,000 subject to shareholder approval. The shares issued are expected to close on May 12, 2022.

The shares have a hold period of 12 months from the date of completion of the offering.
