Air France has announced that it is offering a new customer relations channel on the WhatsApp instant messaging application, available seven days a week in 22 countries and in four languages (French, English, Italian, Portuguese/Brazilian).

Already present on several social and instant messaging platforms, notably Facebook Messenger, the airline is continuing to strengthen its commercial relations and the proactivity of its customer service.

This offer supports customers before, during and after their flight, with instant answers to recurring questions, notifications sent at every key moment of the trip, and personalized commercial offers.
