The Semiconductor-Related segment is engaged in the development, manufacture, sale and maintenance of semiconductor package-related application equipment such as solder ball mounter equipment. The LCD segment is engaged in the development, manufacture, sale and maintenance of seal coating equipment, liquid crystal dropping equipment, vacuum bonding equipment and other related equipment used in the production process of liquid crystal panel.
