Forbes has recognized Agilent as one of 'America's Best Employers for Diversity 2019.'

Forbes has previously ranked Agilent among its 'Just Companies' (corporate citizenship), 'World's Best Employers,' 'America's Best Employers' and 'World's Most Innovative Companies.'

'We have a longstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion,' says Agilent Senior VP Dominique Grau, 'and believe that a wide variety of perspectives yields richer results for our customers, our partners and our employees.'

Forbes and analytics firm Statista compiled their list based on an independent survey from a sample of more than 50,000 U.S.-based employees. The surveys were administered in a series of online panels and provide a representative sample of the U.S. workforce.

'We recognize the potential of every employee,' says Colleen Fleming, Agilent's director of Diversity and Inclusion.

'Our diversity makes us stronger.'
