The board of directors of African Dawn Capital Limited advised shareholders that Mr. David Danker ("Mr Danker") has resigned as the executive director on the Board, with effect from 28 February 2023.
While pursuing other personal interests, Mr. Danker will continue to provide guidance and input to the management teams in the Group, which will ensure a smooth and effective management transition.
