NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD
Africa Prudential Plc (the "Company") hereby informs its shareholders, the Nigerian Exchange ("NGX") and the investing public, that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to hold a meeting on Friday July 26, 2024, to consider the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements ("Q2 - 2024 UFS") for the period ended June 30, 2024 and a proposal for declaration of interim dividend.
In accordance with with the post-listing requirements of the NGX, the Closed Period for trading in the shares of the Company by insiders will commence with effect from July 1, 2024 in respect of the Q2 - 2024 UFS, hence no director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information, and advisers of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after release of the Q2 - 2024 UFS to the NGX and by extension, the public
