438,145,590 shares(including 362,901,423 private placement shares),
with a net value of NT$0.75 per share.
2.After capital reduction: the paid-in capital is NT$1,095,363,980,
and the number of outstanding shares is 109,536,398(including
90,725,356 private placement shares), with a net value of NT$2.99
per share.
Note: The net value per share is based on the financial statements
reviewed by accountants in the second quarter of 2022.
