Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited announced that, at its AGM held on March 26, 2014, it has the appropriation of the net profit for the year 2013 as dividend of THB 12.15 per share, of which THB 6.40 per share was paid as an interim dividend on 4 September 2013. Therefore the remaining dividend to be paid for the year 2013 is THB 5.75 per share. The book closing date for the right to receive dividend will be on 2 April 2014 and the dividend will be paid on 22 April 2014. Ex-dividend date is March 28, 2014.
The company also appointed Mr. Krairit Euchukanonchai as Independent Directors.
