Acinque, Manuela Baudana appointed as new director

(Alliance News) - The board of directors of Acinque Spa has co-opted Manuela Baudana as a new non-independent director, following the resignation of Annamaria Arcudi submitted on May 13.

The new director will hold office until the next shareholders' meeting and, if confirmed by the latter, will remain in office for the entire duration of the current board of directors, that is, until the approval

of the financial statements as of December 31, 2026.

The company clarifies that Manuela Baudana does not hold shares in the company.

Acinque's stock is flat at EUR2.04 per share.

Company Profile

Acinque SpA, formerly Acsm Agam SpA, is an Italy-based company engaged in the public utility services. The Company is active in the distribution and sale of gas; distribution and sale of water; management of the sewerage system; generation and management of electric energy and heat; sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) for motor vehicles, and collection, transport and disposal of waste. As of December 31, 2011, the Company generated energy and heat through two cogeneration plants. It operates in the municipalities of Como and Monza, as well as in other towns of Italian regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Friuli. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a number of subsidiaries, including Comocalor SpA, Enerxenia SpA, EnerCalor Srl, ACSM-AGAM Reti Gas-Acqua Srl and Serenissima Gas SpA.
