It has not identified any acquisition target, and has not engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with respect to identifying any acquisition target. The Company may pursue a business combination opportunity in any business, industry, or geographic location. The Company intend to focus on search for identifying technology and technology enabled businesses that power transformation and provide disruptive technological innovation to leverage intellectual property (IP), content and data or know-how to develop a sustainable competitive advantage that can dislodge slower moving incumbents in the target's selected end markets. The Company neither engaged in any operations nor generated any revenues.
