A-One Alform Co., Ltd. (XKON:A234070) announced a private placement of 7th registered private convertible bond for gross proceeds of KRW 2,500,000,000 on September 5, 2018. The transaction included participation from returning investor KEB Hana Bank. The bond is issued at 3.527% nominal rate, 3.527% maturity interest rate and will mature on October 5, 2020. The bonds can be 100% converted into 38,461 common shares for 0.944% stake of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 65,000 per share. The conversion period is from September 5, 2019 to October 4, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
