A-One Alform Co., Ltd. (XKON:A234070) announced a private placement of 5th series registered private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 2,000,000,000 on April 30, 2018. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, KEB Hana Bank. The bonds will be issued at par. The bonds will carry a coupon rate of 4.212% and yield to maturity of 4.212%. The bonds will mature on January 2, 2020. The bonds will be fully convertible into 32,786 shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 61,000 between the period of May 2, 2019 to January 1, 2020. The payment and subscription date is May 2, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
