A&D Company, Limited (TSE:7745) announced that it will issue 30,000 4th warrants at a price of ¥367 per share for gross proceeds of ¥ 11,010,000 on November 30, 2018. The transaction is expected to be closed on December 17, 2018. The company will issue securities through third party allocation method. The warrants will be convertible into 100 common shares. The transaction will include participation from Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., for 17,200 warrants, A & D employee stock holding meeting, for 1,311,900 warrants, Japan Trustee Services Bank, Ltd. for 1,141,000 warrants and other investors.
A&D Holon Holdings Co Ltd, formerly A&D Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of measuring instrument, medical and healthcare equipment. The Company operates through two segments.
