Warsaw, IN - 1st Source Bank announces the promotion of Doug Baumgardner to Warsaw City President. In this role, he will lead the bank's efforts in Kosciusko County with a specific focus on growing and managing the bank's business relationships. Baumgardner replaces Dennis Hively, who retired last month after more than 20 years with the bank.

'With Doug's expertise in business lending and his significant involvement in the community, he will do a great job leading our sales efforts in Kosciusko County,' said Bill Burton, 1st Source East Region President.

Baumgardner has 13 years of financial and banking experience. He received an MBA from Indiana University and a B.S. from Grace College. He is active in the community with the Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement and the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club.
