Djuro Djakovic Group reported consolidated earnings results for the year 2016. For the year, the company reported net loss narrowed to HRK 20.2 million, from HRK 63.9 million a year ago. The net loss is the result of insufficient occupancy rate in the transportation segment, losses accrued during a project on the island of Ciovo and the absence of planned profit on an agreed project postponed by the contracting authority. Earnings before interest, depreciation, taxes and amortization (EBIDTA) rose by HRK 46.5 million to HRK 16.5 million in 2016. Revenues grew 47% on the year to HRK 583.2 million.
