* Favourable U.S. crop conditions curb prices ahead of macro
data
* U.S. harvest weighs on wheat, Russian weather in
background

PARIS/SINGAPORE, June 6 (Reuters) - Chicago wheat fell
for a seventh straight session on Thursday to its lowest in
almost four weeks as an advancing U.S. harvest pushed concerns
about harsh weather in Russia into the background.
Soybeans and corn rose after hitting multi-week lows on
Wednesday when favourable U.S. crop conditions dented prices.
An easing in the dollar and a steadying in crude oil lent
some support to grains, as investors awaited direction from a
European Central Bank interest rate decision on Thursday and
U.S. jobs data on Friday.
The most-active wheat contract on the Chicago Board of Trade
(CBOT) was down 0.1% at $6.46 a bushel by 1027 GMT.
It earlier dropped to $6.40-3/4, its lowest since May 10, as
it retreated further from a 10-month high struck last week.
U.S. winter wheat is 6% harvested, the U.S. government said
on Monday, ahead of the five-year average pace, while the
condition of winter wheat crops is at a three-year high.
That has taken attention away from crop concerns in Russia,
where dryness and frosts led forecasters to slash harvest
forecasts and a hot, dry spell this week could strain crops
further.
"Wheat prices continue their decline, disregarding the
worsening crop outlook in Russia," Andrey Sizov, head of
Sovecon, said in a note after his consultancy further trimmed
its Russian harvest outlook.
Russia will boost financial support to farmers but is not
expected to ban grains exports if a federal emergency is
declared due to frosts that have damaged crops, industry experts
said on Wednesday.
Ukraine, meanwhile, has maintained its grain harvest
forecast despite bad weather in May, acting Agriculture Minister
Taras Vysotskiy said on Thursday.
"More price volatility is expected in June as the Black Sea
and other regions' crop surveys will be updated," Rabobank said
in a note.
CBOT soybeans added 0.2% to $11.80 a bushel, while
CBOT corn gained 1.0% to $4.43-1/2 a bushel.
Corn and soybeans had fallen in each of the previous seven
sessions and set their lowest in over a month on Wednesday.
