The company also said Tuesday that it is relaxing its policy for cause-based ads in the U.S., which are ads that call for people to take action, educate and raise awareness in connection with the following categories: civic engagement, economic growth, environmental stewardship or social-equity causes.


Tesla Stock Falls 12%, Posting Worst Drop in Over Two Years

Tesla Inc. shares fell sharply on the first day of 2023 trading after the electric-vehicle maker posted disappointing fourth-quarter delivery figures, fueling demand concerns and keeping pressure on a stock that is fresh off its worst-ever annual performance.

Tesla stock closed down 12% on Tuesday at $108.10. The drop was its largest in more than two years, with shares closing at their lowest level since Aug. 13, 2020. Tesla's shares fell 65% last year, and the company has now lost more than $950 billion in value since the stock hit a peak in November 2021.


Microsoft Workers to Form Company's First Union in the U.S.

A group of Microsoft Corp. employees has voted to form the software company's first labor union in the U.S., marking the latest example of workers from top tech companies organizing in recent years.

The group comprises about 300 quality-assurance testers in Microsoft's ZeniMax unit, the Communications Workers of America, which is representing it, said on Tuesday. Just a handful of U.S.-based unions exist in the videogame industry.


Apple's Market Cap Slides Below $2 Trillion for the First Time Since 2021

Oh, how the apple has fallen. Apple stock, that is.

For years, Apple stock lived in a world that seemed to deny Newtonian physics-it simply defied gravity. No longer. The shares closed with a market capitalization of less than $2 trillion for the first time since March 8, 2021, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
