Xingyu Chen is a Director of InteleCom, Inc. Dr. Chen served as President of the Federation of Chinese Students and Scholars in the United States from 1990 to 1991.
He founded Software Edge Consulting in 1991.
Dr. Chen formed System Universal in 1994.
He received a BS from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1982 and an MS in 1983 and a PhD in Applied Mathematics in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
