Assenagon Asset Management SA (Germany) (Assenagon-DE) is the investment management division of Germany-based Assenagon Asset Management SA, itself a subsidiary of Assenagon SA in Luxembourg. It was founded in 2008 by Vassilios Pappas and Hans Günther Bonk. The firm is headquartered in Munich and has additional offices in Frankfurt am Main and Zurich. Assenagon-DE manages the Assenagon funds for institutional investors, intermediaries and private individuals. They are a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).

Cominvest Asset Management GmbH (CAM) was an asset management subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, ultimately owned by Allianz SE (FR: ALV). Originally established in 2002 as the asset management subsidiary of Commerzbank AG, the firm was acquired by Allianz in 2008 and integrated into Allianz Global Investors Deutschland GmbH in 2009. Based in Frankfurt, CAM managed institutional funds, mutual funds, pension funds, discretionary portfolios and funds of funds for private individuals and institutional clients.

Union Investment Privatfonds GmbH (Union Investment) is the asset management subsidiary of Union Asset Management Holding AG in Germany. Founded in 1956, the firm was formerly known as Union-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH and changed their name to Union Investment Privatfonds GmbH in 2002. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Union Investment is a socially responsible investor which offers a product range that covers all asset classes worldwide including equity, fixed-income, balanced, index and real estate funds.
