Mr. Sypherd is also a steering committee member of the Philadelphia Fund Alliance, a charitable organization formed by members of the asset management industry in Philadelphia.
Mr. Sypherd received his BA cum laude in Economics from Villanova University, where he currently serves as a member of the President’s Advisory Council, and his JD cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an executive editor of The Georgetown Law Journal.
He has also served as an adjunct professor at Villanova University School of Law.
