Ferroelectric Memory GmbH (FMC) is a German company that has developed advanced ferroelectric hafnium oxide memory technology for non-volatile memory in future electronics and computing innovation. The company is based in Dresden, Germany. FMC's ferroelectric field-effect transistor (FEFET) and capacitor (FECAP) technology is fast, low-power, scalable, and has high endurance with decades of data retention, suitable for a broad range of AI, IoT, edge, data center, and embedded applications. The company was founded in 2016 by Marko Noack, Wolfram Drescher, Stefan Mueller, Menno Mennenga, and is currently working with major semiconductor companies for its embedded and stand-alone memory solution.
