Mr. Serge Vilain is the chairman of Société Régionale d’Investissement de Bruxelles (SRIB) and of various subsidiaries of SRIB including Sofibru, Brustart, Brucall and Brusoc) and the vice-president of Brinfin.
Mr. Vilain is a member of the board of directors of G.E.I.E.
Eurodevelopment, of the Port de Bruxelles and of Mobistar.
He holds a Master in Economic Sciences from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, a Master in Econometrics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and a Master in Commerce Extérieur form the Solvay Business School.
