The firm is a wealth management division of Barclays Capital, Inc., the investment banking division of international financial services group Barclays Bank Plc (LSE: BARC). Barclays Capital, Inc. maintains two distinct investment advisory businesses: Barclays Wealth and Barclays Capital Fund Solutions - Americas.
