As an Executive Advisor to Blue Sea Capital, Paul assists with the evaluation and management of the firm’s Industrial growth investments, particularly those in the specialty chemical, coating and advanced material sectors.
Most recently, Paul served as Segment Head and Managing Director of KeyBanc Capital Markets’ Merger & Acquisition and Private Capital groups.
During that time, he originated and executed over 40 of KeyBanc’s chemical transactions.
Previously, Paul served as an investment banker for Robert W.
Baird & Co., Everen Securities (a predecessor to Wells Fargo) and Carleton McCreary, Holmes & Co. Before that, he led the acquisition and reorganization of Bronx International, a capital equipment manufacturer for the steel market, which was subsequently sold to the Fives Group.
Paul began his career at Dow Corning Corp in a new product development role, serving the personal and household care market.
