Prior to joining DCM in 2001, Mr. Pilson was a Vice President in the Private Equity Finance group at Deutsche Banc Alex.
Brown where he was responsible for originating and structuring private equity funds as well as assisting in the fund–raising and negotiation activities for clients.
Prior to joining Deutsche Banc Alex.
Brown, he was an Associate in the investment banking at Cowen & Company where he advised companies on private equity transactions.
Mr. Pilson earned his B.A. in Finance from Loyola College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Operations from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell.
