Mr. Michael Hildebrandt is a Research Analyst at Silver Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Silver Capital Management in 2002, Mr. Hildebrandt began his business career at Merrill Lynch, where he was a Derivatives Analyst in the Fixed Income Capital Markets Group.
He then joined Salomon Brothers as an investment banking analyst specializing in merger-related transactions for industrial companies.
Following Salomon Brothers, Mr. Hildebrandt joined Aurora Capital Group, where he evaluated and executed private equity transactions in the industrial middle-market.
Mr. Hildebrandt graduated Cum Laude from Wake Forest University with a BS in Finance and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Finance and Accounting.
