Balsam, CFA MBA, is a Managing Director & Senior Investment Officer at PRP LLC.
Prior to joining, PRP, Mr. Balsam spent over 10 years at Fidelity Investments, where he was a senior investment officer.
In this role, he sourced, underwrote and recommended private mezzanine debt and equity real estate investments of all property types across continental US for a $2.0 billion value add real estate portfolio.
Prior to Fidelity, he worked as a manager at E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group with a focus on pricing and due diligence of sub- and non-performing loan portfolios.
Mr. Balsam has significant experience coordinating and performing due diligence for investments, and throughout his career has been responsible for assets from initial underwriting through disposition.
Mr. Balsam holds a B.S.
and an M.B.A.
from Cornell University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
