Prior to joining Real Estate Private Equity in 2008, Mr. Rothbort was a principal in the Lehman Brothers Fixed Income Division, working in the Mortgage Capital Division.
In 2006 he became the Mortgage Capital Division Controller and Lehman Brothers Bank Controller, responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury and branch functions for Lehman Brothers Bank.
Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1989, Mr. Rothbort was a mortgage derivative analyst at Salomon Brothers.
He began his career in the Management Trainee Program at Chemical Bank.
Mr. Rothbort has over 20 years of real estate experience and holds a B.S.
from the State University of New York, Binghamton and an M.B.A.
from St. John's University.
