Jeff Rosenblum

Mr. Jeffrey Rosenblum is Vice Chairman of Franklin Square and President of Franklin Square Holdings, the sponsor of a publicly registered Business Development Company, which is sub-advised by GSO – Blackstone, the credit finance platform for The Blackstone Group.
Mr. Rosenblum is charged with rationalizing and growing the overall Franklin Square business.
Prior to his role at Franklin Square, Mr. Rosenblum served as executive vice president, business development, of SHPS, Inc., a leading, independent provider of integrated health solutions.
Mr. Rosenblum previously served as president and CEO of the eBenX mid-market business unit, which SHPS acquired in 2003.
Before joining eBenX, he was president and CEO of Arbor Associates – a company he founded in 1991 – that focused on benefit administration solutions for companies with 750 to 15,000 employees.
Purchased by eBenX in 2000, Arbor specialized in cafeteria plan design, implementation, communication and administration, as well as benefits administration.
Mr. Rosenblum is a graduate of Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Education.
He also sits on the Employer’s Council of Flexible Compensation (ECFC) Technical Advisory Committee and is a certified instructor in flexible compensation through the ECFC
