Mr. Huan Le is Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at DiCentral Corp.
and Co-Founder at Houston Health Ventures.
He has over 13 years of experience securing financing, conducting due diligence, handling legal matters, negotiating, and executing acquisitions.
Mr. Le is also Co-Founder & President at Medifr, Inc. where he lead a team that secured almost $1 million in early stage investment funding for this healthcare software startup that has, as of the end of 2013, acquired more than 1,500 medical provider users and has pilots in various hospitals.
He is also co-inventor one of the company's patent-pending technologies.
He is also Founder, Director, & Advisor for Caphin, Inc., Huan wrote the business plan, acquired the financing, and assembled the team that produces, distributes, and markets a ready-to-drink beverage (Vietnamese Iced Coffee).
He is an advisory board member of Asia Society and an alumni of Asia 21.
Mr. Le earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
Huan received his Bachelor of Arts International Relations & Biology from the University of Southern California
