In addition to his role with Northern Lights Capital since June 2010, Mr. Reynolds owns and manages Gray Ghost Management.
Prior to that, he was with Russell Capital which he joined in 1995 as director of trading, Russell Implementation Services, Russell's global brokerage firm, overseeing the transition management business as well as trading and operations.
He became president and CEO of the implementation services group in 1999 and held that position until assuming his current role in September 2003.
Historically, he has provided directed brokerage and soft dollar services to the investment community.
By focusing on improving trading, portfolio management and building a transition management team, Russell's implementation services has expanded its product and client base.
Before joining Russell, he was one of the founding members of State Street Brokerage, a division of State Street Bank and Trust Co., where he was responsible for trading and sales.
He built a successful portfolio transition product, developed the directed brokerage business at State Street, and served as a member of the board of directors for State Street Brokerage.
From 1990 to 1993, he was a product manager with Thomson Financial Services' technical data division.
From 1983 to 1990, he held various trading positions with College Retirement Equities Fund and Merrill Lynch Asset Management, and served as head trader at Prudential Bache Investment Management.
Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Securities Traders Association of Seattle.
He is also a member of AIMR Trade Management Committee and SIA Institutional Committee.
In addition, he serves on the board of trustees for The International Museum of Glass and Charles Wright Academy.
Mr. Reynolds earned his B.A., Economics, St. Lawrence University, 1983; Licensed Registered Representative, NASD/MSRB Series 7, 8, 24, 53 and 63.
