Bill Willis

Mr. Bill Willis serves as chief financial officer (CFO) for Lombardi Software, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience as a business and financial consultant serving a number of rapidly growing companies.
At Lombardi Software, he develops, implements, and manages the controller/accounting organization, in addition to documenting and ensuring policies and procedures within the human resources group.
He also manages the overall corporate budgeting and forecasting process toward optimal financial and operational efficiency.
He has served 8 years as an independent consultant, providing business and financial consulting services to companies in technology an service sectors.
Before his time as a consultant, he served 14 years with Price Waterhouse as a tax manager, and then as a partner.
Prior to working with Price Waterhouse, he spent four years with Arthur Andersen as a tax manager, responsible for tax compliance and tax consulting services for a variety of clients in various industries.
He received a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and a doctorate of jurisprudence from the University of Houston.
