Bill M. Coulter

Prior to joining Knightsbridge in 1998, Mr. Coulter was with Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Swiss Bank Corporation.
At both Dresdner and Swiss Bank, he managed the worldwide relationships with major commodity and agribusiness clients.
He began his career at The Chase Manhattan Bank.
From 1971 to 1992, he held a number of management and marketing positions at Chase and Chase's merchant bank affiliate, Orion Bank, in New York, London and Hong Kong.
Mr. Coulter has a B.A.
in political science from California State University, Long Beach; a bachelor of international management from The Garvin School of International Management; and an M.A.
in political science from the University of Colorado.
