He has been involved in over 100 transactions around the globe for clients such as IBM, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Knight Securities, Infosys and e*Trade.
He has also worked as a venture capitalist, management consultant and systems engineer.
Mr. Bulger holds a BS in Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Yale University.
