Zoa Corporation (JASDAQ:3375) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 112,000 shares, representing 7.15% of the outstanding shares, at ¥913 per share for ¥102.26 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder returns and to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of November 19, 2018, the company had 1,567,000 shares outstanding and 729,500 shares in treasury.
