Zhuhai Port Co.,Ltd. at the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of 2021 held on 07 January 2021 approved the election of Zhen Honglun, Zhou Juan as directors, Lu Xiaoyan, Zou Junshan, Chen Dingyu, Liu Guoshan as independent directors and election of non-employee supervisors Li Chunmei.
Zhuhai Port Co., Ltd. is a China based port services company. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Port logistics segment is engaged in the port terminal investment and operation services, logistics trade as well as shipping agent, freight forwarder, cargo handling, tugboats, customs and international shipping business. The Integrated Energy segment is principally engaged in the investment, operation and services of clean energy such as coal-fired power generation, wind power and natural gas power generation as well as the construction, operation and maintenance of urban pipeline gas. The Harbor City Supporting segment is engaged in the development of harbor city, property management and manufacturing operations. The Company operates its business in the domestic market and overseas markets.
