Zhongzhi Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited at the AGM held on May 17, 2024, approved the declaration and payment of a final dividend of 3 cents per ordinary share out of the Share Premium account of the Company to shareholders of the Company whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company on the record date fixed by the board of directors (the "Board") for determining the entitlements to the Final Dividend.
