Ltd. at its 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting of 2019 held on 16 September 2019 approved election of non-independent directors, cumulative voting system applicable are Jin Gang, Jiang Limin, Chen Shucui and Qian Ziqiang. Election of independent directors, cumulative voting system applicable are Fan Shunke, Deng Chuan and Liu Guojian. The elected shareholder supervisors, cumulative voting system applicable are Hu Shihua and Yu Tiejun.
Zhejiang Hailiang Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production, manufacturing and sales of copper tubes, copper rods, copper foil, copper tube fittings, conductor materials, aluminum profiles and other products.
