ZPC Otmuchów SA (The Company, the Issuer) announces that on 24th November 2016 Supervisory Board, using powers under § 14 paragraph 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company, appointed by co-optation on the same day to the Supervisory Board Mr Piotr Kuffel.

Mr Piotr Kuffel was holding position of the member of the Supervisory Board in the past in following companies: WEH Fortunato Sp. z o.o., TV OKO Sp. z o.o., TGG - Polska Sp. z o.o., Golf Club Konstancin S.A., WIG Properties Sp. z o.o. (before E-monitoring sp. z o.o.), GG Network S.A. (before Gadu-Gadu S.A.), Realco Projekt 1 Sp. z o.o., Polskie Konsorcjum Gospodarcze S.A., Zaklady Metalurgiczne "POMET" S.A.

According to the submitted declarations Mr Piotr Kuffel do not lead activities outside the Issuer which would be competitive, do not participate in the company competitive as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of a body of a Management of the company, also they do not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Both of members of the Management Board declared also, they have not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained in accordance to the Act on KRS.
