at the 51st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
YUSHIN PRECISION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. hereby notifies you of the matters reported and the resolutions adopted at the 51st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows.

Matters to be reported:
Business Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the 51st Fiscal Year (from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024) as well as the audit reports from the Accounting Auditor and the Board of Corporate Auditors on the Consolidated Financial Statements
Report on the Non-Consolidated Financial Statements for the 51st Fiscal Year (from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024)
The matters above were reported to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Agenda for resolution:
Proposal 1 : Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
Resolved as originally proposed by the Company. The main amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are as follows.
The corporate name of the Company will be changed to "ＹＵＳＨＩＮ株式会社" in Japanese and "Yushin Company" in English with effect from April 1, 2025.
Other necessary amendments were made in accordance with the above amendments.
Proposal 2 : Election of Seven (7) Directors
Seven (7) Directors, Takayo Kotani, Kota Oda, Yasushi Kitagawa, Tomohiro Inano, Yasuo Nishiguchi, Hiroshi Matsuhisa and Reiko Nakayama, were elected and all assumed, as originally proposed by the Company.
Yasuo Nishiguchi, Hiroshi Matsuhisa and Reiko Nakayama are External Directors.
Proposal 3 : Election of Two (2) Corporate Auditors
Two (2) Corporate Auditors, Masahito Fukui and Yoshiki Yamada, were elected and all assumed, as originally proposed by the Company.
Yoshiki Yamada is an External Corporate Auditor.
