Youngone Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009970) acquired 60% stake in Schott North Asia Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 330 million on September 14, 2012. Youngone acquired 0.12 million shares of Schott North Asia. Schott North Asia will operate as a subsidiary of Youngone. For the year ending 2011, Schott North Asia reported total assets of KRW 3.59 billion, total liabilities of KRW 2.9 billion, and total stockholders' equity of KRW 682 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors on September 14, 2012.
