Ban Loong Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chu Ka Wa has resigned as an executive Director and ceased to act as the Authorised Representative, the Process Agent and a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 November 2021; Mr. Wang Zhaoqing has been appointed as the Authorized Representative and the Process Agent with effect from 1 November 2021.
